Help for survey takers

If a survey brought you to a ResearchDart page, these answers explain what happened and who to contact.

Why did I end up on a ResearchDart page?
You took, or tried to take, a survey through a panel, rewards app or community that works with ResearchDart. We connect that panel to the research team running the survey and pass your result back to the panel.
Where is my reward?
Rewards are paid by the panel or app that invited you, under its own terms and timelines. ResearchDart tells the panel how your session ended, usually within seconds. If your reward is missing, contact that panel's support team and give them the reference shown on the outcome page.
Why was I screened out after a few questions?
Each study needs a specific group of people, such as a certain age group, job or product owner. The first questions check whether you fit. Being screened out is normal and does not mean you answered badly.
What does "this survey has enough responses from your group" mean?
You matched the study, but it already had all the participants it needed with your profile. Surveys set limits so the final results reflect the population fairly.
Why was my response not accepted?
Responses can be rejected when a survey was already taken from the same account or device, when it was finished much faster than the questions can be read, when attention checks were missed, or when the respondent was outside the study's country.
Does ResearchDart see my survey answers?
No. Your answers go to the research team's survey platform. ResearchDart handles the participant ID your panel gave you, timing, technical information such as your IP address, and the outcome of the session.
Can I contact ResearchDart about a survey?
For rewards and account questions, contact your panel first; only they can see your account. For privacy requests about the data ResearchDart processes, write to the privacy address in our privacy policy.

Privacy request? Email [email protected] with the reference from your outcome page so we can find the session.
