About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who visits researchdart.com or passes through a ResearchDart survey link. Buyers and suppliers who use the platform also sign a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Survey participants
Survey invitations, eligibility and rewards are provided by the panel, app or community that invited you, under its own terms. ResearchDart routes your session and reports its outcome to that provider; it does not pay rewards or decide whether you qualify for a survey.
You must not alter survey links, take part in the same study more than once, use automated tools to take surveys, or give false information to qualify. Sessions that break these rules can be rejected.
Partner accounts
Buyers and suppliers are responsible for keeping API keys and signing secrets confidential, for the accuracy of the survey links and redirect URLs they configure, and for having a lawful basis to send respondents or collect survey data.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send respondents to content that is unlawful or deceptive, to collect sensitive data without appropriate consent, to generate artificial sessions, or to probe, overload or bypass the security of the platform.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Service levels, where agreed, are set out in partner agreements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is, and ResearchDart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
