- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and CNIL guidance
This is general guidance, not legal advice. ResearchDart never receives survey answers, which keeps sensitive data inside your survey platform.
Quota geography
The 13 metropolitan regions, with the Paris region (Île-de-France) usually a separate quota cell.
Time zones and timing
One metropolitan time zone (CET, CEST in summer). Overseas departments are normally excluded unless requested.
Fielding notes
- Socio-professional category (PCS, often called CSP) is the standard occupational quota variable.
- Summer holidays in July and August noticeably change who is available to take surveys.
Setting up a France project
Create the project with country FR and the survey language. If you field more than one language, create one project per language so quotas and incidence are tracked separately.
